Returns and Exchanges
We strive to be the best online Vendor and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unused items purchased from us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any used merchandise or opened items are not returnable.
How Do I Return Unused Items?
Before returning your unused item(s), please contact us first. After deeming the item(s) may be returned, we will issue you an RMA # and send a return shipping label.
If returning or exchanging an item, the customer maintains responsibility for the return shipping cost. The customer must also ensure that the item(s) are packaged properly before sending back to us.
Items that have been damaged due to shipping carriers’ error, must be handled by the shipping carrier. Please contact the respective shipping carrier immediately in order to file a damaged item claim. We can help our customers file this claim or provide any shipping information deemed necessary.

After a returned item is received by us, we will send an email, notifying you that the item is in our possession. We will then fully inspect the item(s), and notify you of our decision for a refund.If your refund is approved, we will issue a credit back to the original payment method you used when placing the order.
Please allow 2 weeks for a returned item to be credited back to your account. This time period includes return shipping transit time, product inspection, and your bank’s own transaction timetable.
We strive to make shopping with us as easy as possible, so we’ll work hard to complete the refund process as quickly as possible. Once the process is complete, we’ll send you an email immediately notifying you that the return and refund are complete. That’s our promise to you.
